The "West Wing" is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the Oviedo House and is located two blocks from Flagler College, six blocks from Historic downtown St. Augustine, and just a few miles from great shopping and the beach. This is a very nice setting for up to 3 people with a King bed in the master bedroom and a day bed in the living room. With it's wrap- around porch, it is very comfortable for morning coffee or just relaxing in the evenings. The West Wing can be opened up to the Oviedo House for larger groups such as wedding parties or family reunions, or can be securely locked from the main house to be used as a separate suite.

- Must be 25 years of age and provide a copy of drivers license to book
- Pets are not permitted
- Dakota Suite is a no smoking and drug free establishment. Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $100 cleaning charge
- Rates may vary by season, holidays, special event weekends and day of the week.
- All offers and rates are subject to change without prior notice and are offered at the sole discretion of the management
- Damages attributable to guests will be assessed to their credit cards upon discovery

Property Lodging Tax: 10% (Tax not included in rates)
Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus $200 if we re-rent your cancelled period.
Property Rental Deposit Required: 50% at time of reservation & balance due sixty (60) days prior to check-in. If check-in is within 60 days, full payment is due at time of reservation.
