- Rates do not include tax (tax 9%)
- Must be 25 years of age and provide a copy of
drivers license to rent Oviedo House.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Oviedo House is a no smoking and drug free
establishment. Any evidence of smoking in the house
will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
- Rates may vary by season, holidays, special
event weekends and day of the week.
- All offers and rates are subject to change
without prior notice and are offered at the sole
discretion of the management.
- Damages attributable to guests will be assessed
to their credit cards upon discovery.
