 
The Oviedo House is a St. Augustine Home offering
convenient lodging close to Historic downtown district,
Flagler College and more. With the addition of the
"Dakota Suite" and "West Wing", it can be comfortable for a small group
of just 2, or larger group up to 18.
The house was built around 1910 as a rooming house for
nurses of Florida East Coast Hospital, located two
blocks from Flagler College, six blocks from Historic
downtown and just a few miles from great shopping and
the beach. It has been completely remodeled with care to
offer new amenities yet keep all its original charm!
The Oviedo House has many amenities including unlimited
long distance calling in the US, broadband wireless
Internet access and an updated computer with a
printer/scanner/fax/copier. This house has two floors, 2
1/2 baths and is comfortable for large or small
families. The kitchen seats 10 and is open to the living
room. And don’t miss your chance to spend some quiet
time on the large front porch in one of our rocking
chairs. This is a favorite spot for many that stay in
the house!

West Wing and/or Dakota Suite: We have just remodeled a small apartment
on the second floor that has been used for the family.
It can be opened up to the Oviedo House to accommodate
larger groups. It is equipped to sleep up to 4 people
and has a separate entrance, it's own wrap around porch,
and is a full service unit all by itself. It is equipped
with broadband wireless internet access and cable TV.
